E-file manicure also known as Russian manicure or dry manicure involves a dry process of filing, trimming, or removing the cuticle with the use of cuticle scissors, nippers and electric drill bits. The E-file technique gently removes all the dry and rough skin around the cuticle area to give your nails a clean edgeless look.
